Design Thinking is an innovation methodology developed by the American design firm IDEO that is based on thinking like a designer to analyze problems and find solutions. This method comprising the steps of understanding a topic with empathy, identifying the problems, generating ideas with methods such as brainstorming, creating prototypes and testing is based on thinking free but like a designer. Although it is especially used for product design development, it may also be used for service development.
The primary aim of the Design Thinking methodology is not to perfection a product, but rather to focus on and try find answers to questions like what does the product user want or what type of problems does he face.
